WonderWerks is a company that has relocated many times over the course of a nearly 20 year history. As military required Tom to PCS, so the company relocated. Starting as a small handyman sideline in 1992 while stationed at Fort Rucker, Alabama, Tom did minor repairs, cabinet jobs, and odd jobs to add to military income. All the while doing these things, he completed numerous construction jobs for the Army as well. Over the years, work came and went, but the jobs were always completed well above the expectations of the clients who contracted for the work.
From military duty to relocate an Engineer Battalion from Alabama to Louisiana, which included custom construction of a 12′ diameter gazebo with cedar shake roof to a custom concrete castle and flagpole installation. Locally in the Fort Leonard Wood area, Tom was requested to construct a three-dimensional castle for holiday displays. This castle was constructed and stands proudly in front of Bldg 5400 on Fort Leonard Wood, as an icon of the Engineer history. WonderWerks takes tremendous pride in their work and will gladly demonstrate their pride and ability to design and construct some of the most elaborate construction projects that clients can dream up.
